On the morning of 1/16/19 the St. Louis County Sheriff's Office, Duluth Police Department, Duluth Fire Department, and Gold Cross Ambulance responded to the YMCA at 302 W. 1st St. in Duluth for a male that was found unresponsive in a hot tub in the pool area.

Taking steps to minimize the damage from a natural disaster is key to the County's multi-hazard mitigation plan (MHMP); and as the County works to update the plan, it wants to hear from the public.
